Member of Romanian Academy for Agriculture and Forestry, RO representative at UN-FAO/CFS. Expertise in experimental work and in the management of research laboratories and research projects. Author of 14 books and book chapters ( to mention, editor of Food Colorants: Structural and Functional properties, CRC Press, USA, 2008), member in many scientific organizations, EU expert-evaluator, visiting professor and researcher in many EU universities. Author of more than 110 ISI-web of science articles ( Hirsch -12) and more than 430 citations. Specialist in Plant &Food METABOLOMICS
